In this festive season of hope and celebration, this competition aims to inspire participants to explore the traditional culture of Chinese New Year through art, blending ancient customs with modern creativity to create works that are both rhythmic and contemporary, so that the blessings of Chinese New Year can continue to be expressed in art. We hope to build a bridge for artistic exchanges, inviting artists from all over the world to share their inspiration and creativity in the atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, to promote mutual understanding and integration of different cultures, and to highlight the diversity of global art. At the same time, we encourage participants to capture the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year by displaying elements such as bright lanterns and laughter of reunion, so that their artworks can convey their hopes for the future and let the audience feel the warmth and hope of spring.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+比賽項目+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需要由參賽者獨立完成，可使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽，作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品的尺寸不限，製作所使用的工具、物料不限，8歲以下的參賽者可由家長輔助製作。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be completed independently by the participant, and can be submitted using entries from other competitions. Name of entry: Name - Competition Categories - Age Group.
2. There is no limit to the size of the entries, the tools and materials used for the production, and parents can assist in the production of entries under the age of 8.
3、If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, they will be disqualified; if any of the entries violate any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the entrant, and the Association will not be responsible for them; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
