The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.

Calligraphy, with each character resembling a work of art and every stroke radiating brilliance, reflects the emotions and individuality of the writer. Each brushstroke embodies a unique rhythm and strength that captivates the observer. This calligraphy competition aims to advance participants' understanding and exploration of the art form, sparking their creative inspiration. The competition serves not only as a test of skill but also as a dialogue of the spirit, allowing participants to enhance themselves through mutual learning. We aspire to use this platform to enable more individuals to appreciate the beauty of calligraphy and experience the joy of writing.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽成品照片參賽，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Take photos of your finished entry for the competition. Upload your entries on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+表現形式+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Performance Format+Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽要求：同位參賽者可同時參賽硬筆書法和軟筆書法，可使用其他比賽的參賽作品。
2、作品要求：參賽作品需為參賽者本人親筆書寫，參賽者可自行選擇以毛筆、鉛筆、藍色或黑色原子筆等書寫，書寫紙張不限，作品字體不限，語言不限。
3、紙張規定：硬筆書法使用紙張為A4大小，可軟筆書法使用紙張為宣紙。
4、清晰度與完整性：參賽者需要保證參賽作品的清晰度與完整度，以便評委進行準確、公正的評分。若因作品模糊、不完整或存在其他質量問題影響評分，責任由參賽者自行負責。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Participation Requirements： A single participant may enter both hard pen and soft pen calligraphy categories, you may use entries from other competitions.
2、Submission Requirements：All entries must be handwritten by the participants themselves. Participants may use brushes, pencils, or blue and black ballpoint pens, with no restrictions on the type of paper used. There are no limitations on font styles or languages.
3、Paper Specifications：Hard pen calligraphy must be executed on A4-sized paper, while soft pen calligraphy should be done on rice paper.
4、Clarity and Completeness：Participants must ensure the clarity and completeness of their entries to facilitate accurate and fair judging by the panel. Any issues such as blurriness, incompleteness, or other quality concerns that affect scoring will be the responsibility of the participant.
5、Participants found to have submitted works that are not their own will be disqualified. Any entries that violate legal statutes will result in the participant bearing all legal responsibilities; the association will not be held liable. All entries must not contain any inappropriate or controversial content, nor should they promote commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前15%）
Champion (Top 15% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前35%）
Runner-up (Top 35% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前65%）
Third Place (Top 65% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)
*獎杯申請可自行選擇，詳情可通過獎項申請進行了解。
The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.
*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
