The International Creative Painting Competition is like a bright kaleidoscope of art, bringing together the best of global creativity on a broad platform. Art painting is a mirror image of the mind, where emotions are transformed into flowing colours during the gentle dance of the brush, and dreams and reality are interwoven into a unique visual code; painting design is a perfect dance of logic and imagination, where creators take subtle ideas as the skeleton, and use delicate strokes to give life to their works, and construct a three-dimensional world that transcends space and time on a flat surface. The competition aims to stimulate unlimited creativity and promote the cross-border integration of art and design, so that each unique creation can blossom on the world stage.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品要求為參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長或老師的指導下完成，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、創作形式不限，涵蓋油畫、水彩、水墨、電腦數字繪畫、綜合材料拼貼等；鼓勵運用新技術、新媒介，如互動式繪畫、AR 增強現實技術結合的作品。
3、參賽作品繪畫内容不限，創作紙張大小不限，紙張橫板竪版不限。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、The entries must be completed independently by the participants themselves or under the guidance of their parents or teachers, and may use entries from other competitions.
2. There is no limitation on the form of creation, including oil painting, watercolour, ink, computer digital painting, composite material collage, etc.; the use of new technologies and media, such as interactive painting and AR enhanced reality technology is encouraged.
3. There is no limit to the content of the works, no limit to the size of the paper, and no limit to the size of the horizontal and vertical versions of the paper.
4、If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, they will be disqualified; if any of the entries violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the entrant, and the Association will not be responsible for any of them; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
