1.參賽者須圍繞本次比賽主題進行創作。
2.參賽作品須以平面方式創作，尺寸不限。
3.參賽作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，除8歲或以下的參賽者，作品創作時可以家長協作，圖案設計和製作需參賽者獨立完成。
4.若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.Participants must create works based on the theme of this competition.
2.The submitted work must be created in a flat format, with no size restrictions.
3.The work must be completed independently by the participant, except for participants aged 8 or younger, who may collaborate with parents; however, the design and production must be completed independently by the participant.
4.If it is found that the submitted work is not the participant's own, the participant will be disqualified; if the submitted work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and our organization will not be held responsible; all submitted works must not contain any negative intentions or any controversial or inappropriate content. The submitted works must not include commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前15%）Champion (Top 15% of each category)
可申請獎狀、實體證書及獎牌各一份Eligible for a certificate, physical certificate, and medal.
亞軍（每個組別前35%）Runner-up (Top 35% of each category)
可申請獎狀、實體證書及獎牌各一份Eligible for a certificate, physical certificate, and medal.
季軍（每個組別前65%）Third Place (Top 65% of each category)
可申請獎杯及實體證書各一份Eligible for a trophy and physical certificate.
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)
可申請實體證書一份Eligible for a physical certificate.
*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
