透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+比賽項目+年齡組別。​

​比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements​：​​

1、參賽作品需圍繞參賽主題進行創作，歡迎使用其他比賽的參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、拍攝器材不限，可使用手機、相機（單反、微單、膠捲相機等）、拍立得、無人機等，參賽作品尺寸不限，作品色彩不限，需為 JPG、JPEG、PNG 格式。
3、參賽作品不得添加水印、簽名、邊框。作品均須保留原始EXIF信息和RAW格式原件,如因著作權等知識產權發生糾紛，無法提供原始文件進行證明，主辦機構有權取消獲獎資格。必要時，主辦機構有權索要原始作品進行核對。參賽即同意並授權于比賽及主辦機構免費使用于正面宣傳、展示。
4、參賽照片可進行裁放，及可作適當后期处理：如亮度、对比度、白平衡与饱和度等調整。但不允許其他後期加工、合成製作等技术改变作品原始内容，禁用电脑软件如 Photoshop、lightroom 等处理照片。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Entries must be created around the theme of the competition, and are welcome to use entries from other competitions, with the name of the work: name - age group.

3. No watermarks, signatures or borders may be added to the entries. All entries must retain the original EXIF information and the original RAW format. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winners if the original documents cannot be provided for proof due to disputes over copyright and other intellectual property rights. If necessary, the organizer has the right to request the original works for verification. By entering the competition, entrants agree to authorize the competition and the organizer to use the work for free for positive publicity and display.
4. Photos may be cropped and post-processed for appropriate adjustments such as brightness, contrast, white balance, saturation, etc. However, no other post-processing is allowed. However, no other post-processing, compositing or other techniques are allowed to change the original content of the work, and computer software such as Photoshop and lightroom are prohibited for processing the photos.
5. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if any of the entries violate any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the entrant, and the Association will not be responsible for them; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）

Champion (Top 10% of each category)

亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）

Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)

季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）

Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)

優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.

作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
