The purpose of this kite competition is to create a cultural exchange platform that transcends regional boundaries. Participants are encouraged to incorporate cultural elements from different areas into their kite designs. Through their works, they can enhance cultural exchange and mutual appreciation, break down cultural barriers, and promote the integration of diverse cultures. At the same time, the competition aims to inspire participants' creativity and artistic potential, fostering a love for kite culture among the public and revitalizing traditional kite art in modern society. This competition seeks to attract more attention to kite culture and inject vitality into the innovative development of kite art.

參賽者需自行完成風箏從骨架搭建到整體組裝的全部製作過程。風箏的設計可融入地區的文化元素，體現在風箏的形狀、結構、裝飾等方面。
Participants must independently complete the entire process of building the kite frame and assembling the kite. The design can incorporate cultural elements from the region, reflected in the shape, structure, and decoration of the kite.

參賽者主要負責風箏面的設計工作，可採用手繪、電腦繪圖、拼貼等多種方式進行創作。設計內容需緊密圍繞地區文化元素展開。
Participants are mainly responsible for designing the kite surface, using various creative methods such as hand drawing, computer graphics, and collage. The design content must focus on cultural elements from regions.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝作品照片附200字內文字說明，或3分鐘短視頻，均需清晰展現並闡述作品的設計理念、創意及內涵。二者任選其一，但不得同時選擇。

Submit a photo of your work with a description of up to 200 words, or a short video of 3 minutes. Both options must clearly showcase and explain the design concept, creativity, and meaning of the work. You can choose either option, but not both. Please upload your entry on the association's website.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+比賽項目+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Competition Categories+Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1.參賽者可在风筝设计融入地区的文化元素。例如，可将马来西亚的传统蜡染图案、民间传说角色，香港的繁华都市景观、经典电影海报元素，澳门的欧式建筑风格、特色美食形象，台湾的原住民图腾等融入风筝设计。鼓励参赛者大胆创新，结合现代设计理念、流行色彩和新型材料，让传统与现代完美融合。
2.參賽作品須製作出風箏的實物成品（包括：風箏骨架、風箏面等）或風箏面樣式的設計圖，尺寸不限。風箏面可使用紙張或布料，類型不限，畫筆種類不限，風箏骨架：木條、竹條等。
3.參賽作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，除8歲或以下的參賽者，作品創作時可以家長協作，圖案設計和製作需參賽者獨立完成。作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。
4.若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Participants may incorporate regional cultural elements into their kite designs. For example, traditional batik patterns and folklore characters from Malaysia, the vibrant urban landscape and classic movie poster elements from Hong Kong, European architectural styles and iconic food imagery from Macau, and indigenous totems from Taiwan can be included. Participants are encouraged to innovate boldly, blending modern design concepts, trendy colors, and new materials to achieve a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity.
2、The submitted work must be a physical kite (including the kite frame and surface) or a design drawing of the kite surface, with no size restrictions.Kite surfaces can be made of paper or fabric, with no restrictions on type. Any type of paint or writing instrument can be used. The kite frame can consist of materials such as wooden sticks or bamboo strips.
3、The work must be independently completed by the participant. However, participants aged 8 and under may collaborate with a parent during the creation process, although the design and production must be done independently by the participant. The title of the work should be: Name - Competition Categories - Age Group.
4、If a submission is found to be the work of someone other than the participant, the participant will be disqualified. If the submission violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will fall on the participant, and the organization will not be held responsible. All submissions must not contain any inappropriate or controversial content, nor should they promote commercial or political elements.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
