國際青少年兒童文學寫作大賽以「魔法童話」與「溫暖回憶」為雙翼，引領孩童乘文字飛翔。在魔法童話的異想世界裡，鼓勵青少年以筆為杖，勾勒奇幻王國與夢幻冒險，讓創意打破現實邊界；而溫暖回憶主題，則邀孩童拾起成長碎片，將親情溫度、友誼微光化作文字，留住時光印記。比賽旨在開拓少年文學視野，以多元題材激發寫作熱情，培育兼具想象力與情感力的未來文學之星。
The International Children's and Young Adult Literary Writing Competition uses ‘Magic Fairy Tales’ and ‘Warm Memories’ as its two wings to guide children to fly on words. In the whimsical world of magical fairy tales, youngsters are encouraged to use the pen as a staff to outline fantasy kingdoms and dreamy adventures, allowing creativity to break through the boundaries of reality; while the theme of ‘Warm Memories’ invites children to pick up the fragments of their growing up, and turn the warmth of family and the faint light of friendship into words to preserve the imprints of time. The competition aims to broaden the horizons of young people's literature, stimulate their passion for writing through a variety of themes, and nurture future literary stars with both imagination and emotion.

以自己的童年經歷或日常生活所親身經歷為題材，分享一個溫馨的故事，講述與家人或朋友、陌生人之間的美好時光，讓人感受到純真的友誼和愛。
"Warm Memories": Sharing a heart-warming story based on one's own childhood experiences or personal experiences in daily life, telling a story of good times with family or friends, or strangers, and giving people a feeling of pure friendship and love.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1.參數者需圍繞比賽主題進行創作參賽作品，可同時參賽多個比賽主題。參賽作品必須由本人獨立製作完成，作品名：姓名-比賽主題-年齡組別。
2.參賽作品體裁不限，記敘文、議論文、散文、詩歌等均可。參賽作品文字語言不限，中文詩歌：字數不超過200字；中文其他體裁字數在300 - 1500之間。英文詩歌：單詞數不超過150個；英文其他體裁單詞數在200 - 800之間。作品可遞交電子版或手寫版，二者任選其一，但不得重複選擇。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Participants must create works centered around the competition themes and may enter multiple themes. Works must be independently produced by the participant, with the title format: Name - Competition Theme - Age Group.
2、There are no restrictions on the genre of the entries, including narrative essays, argumentative essays, prose, and poetry. The language of the entries is not limited,Chinese poetry: No more than 200 characters;Other Chinese genres: Between 300 and 1500 characters;
English poetry: No more than 150 words.Other English genres: Between 200 and 800 words.Entries can be submitted in electronic or handwritten form, with one chosen but not both.
3、If it is found that an entry is not the participant's original work, the participant will be disqualified; if an entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held responsible. All entries must not contain inappropriate or controversial content, nor promote commercial or political elements.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
