獨唱、合唱，清唱/伴奏/自彈自唱。語言不限，演唱曲目、曲風不限，可以兒歌、流行、R&B、Rap等。
Solo, chorus, orchestral/accompaniment/self-accompaniment. Unlimited languages, unlimited songs, unlimited styles, children's songs, pop, R&B, Rap, etc.

举办歌手大赛，核心目的是为孩子们搭建展现自我的舞台。歌唱能给孩子们带来诸多益处，一方面，它助力孩子提升自信心，当孩子用稚嫩嗓音唱出美妙旋律，勇敢展现，自信便悄然扎根。另一方面，培养音乐感知力，让他们在节奏、音符中感受艺术魅力。同时，歌唱为孩子们提供了情感宣泄的出口，欢快或抒情的歌曲，帮助他们抒发内心情感，助力孩子全面成长。
Holding a Singing Competition: The core purpose is to provide a platform for children to showcase themselves. Singing offers numerous benefits for children. On one hand, it helps boost their self-confidence; when children sing beautiful melodies with their sweet voices and bravely perform, their confidence silently takes root. On the other hand, it fosters musical perception, allowing them to appreciate the charm of art through rhythm and notes. Additionally, singing provides an outlet for emotional expression. Joyful or lyrical songs help them express their feelings of happiness, anger, sadness, and joy, supporting their overall growth.

比賽形式/Competition Format：
拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時5分鐘，但不得少於2分鐘。於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Record a video for your entry, with a duration limited to 5 minutes but no less than 2 minutes, and upload the work on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人作品，需參賽者本人出鏡。比賽曲目自選，曲風不限。參賽者可以使用本人其他歌唱比賽的參賽作品進行參賽，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品不得少於2分鐘，不得超過5分鐘。參賽作品錄製可以使用話筒，可自行選擇清唱、帶伴奏演唱或自彈自唱。參賽影片需一鏡到底，必須是現場收音，不可配音。不得進行任何後期調整，如：修音、音軌拼接、視頻特效、貼圖文等調整。若參賽作品超過15MB，則可通過郵箱進行遞交作品。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Entries must be original works by the participants themselves, and participants must be featured in the recordings. The competition pieces are self-selected, and there are no restrictions on musical style. Participants may use entries from other singing competitions, with the naming format: Name - Age Group.
2、Entries must be no less than 2 minutes and no more than 5 minutes in length. Recordings can be made using a microphone, and participants may choose to sing a cappella, with accompaniment, or self-accompany. The competition video must be one continuous shot, and the audio must be recorded live without any dubbing. No post-production adjustments are allowed, such as pitch correction, audio track editing, video effects, or overlays. If an entry exceeds 15MB, it can be submitted via email.
3、Participants found to have submitted works that are not their own will be disqualified. Any entries that violate legal statutes will result in the participant bearing all legal responsibilities; the organization will not be held liable. All entries must not contain inappropriate or controversial content, nor should they promote commercial or political elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：

Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
