提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+比賽主題+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Theme+ Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽者需圍繞比賽主題進行創作，可選擇多個主題進行構思與呈現，但每位參賽者針對同一主題僅能遞交一份作品，不得重複遞交。作品名為：姓名+年齡組別。
2、參賽作品必須為參賽者本人原創，嚴禁抄襲或剽竊他人作品。作品應以平面形式展現，作品尺寸不限。
3、參賽者需要保證參賽作品的清晰度與完整度，以便評委進行準確、公正的評分。若因作品模糊、不完整或存在其他質量問題影響評分，責任由參賽者自行負責。
4.若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Participants must create works based on the competition themes. They may choose multiple themes for conception and presentation, but each participant can only submit one work per theme and must not submit duplicates. The work should be named: Name + Age Group.
2、Entries must be original works created by the participants themselves. Plagiarism or copying of others' works is strictly prohibited. The works should be presented in a two-dimensional format, and there are no restrictions on the size of the works.
3、Participants need to ensure the clarity and completeness of their submitted works to allow the judges to make accurate and fair evaluations. If the scoring is affected due to blurriness, incompleteness, or other quality issues of the works, the responsibility will be borne by the participants themselves.
4、If it is found that the work is not created by the participant themselves, they will be disqualified. If any entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the association will not be held responsible. All entries must not contain offensive content or any controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain commercial or political promotional elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前15%）
Champion (Top 15% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前35%）
Runner-up (Top 35% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前65%）
Third Place (Top 65% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
