The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.

比賽不僅是一場技藝的較量，更是一次心靈的交流與碰撞。參賽者能在這裡展示自己的藝術才華，互相啟發，並在創作的過程中建立起對剪紙藝術的更深認識與熱愛。期待每位參賽者用雙手剪出心中的美好，傳承這份文化瑰寶！
Paper-cutting, an intangible cultural heritage with a long history, carries the wisdom and emotions of thousands of years, and every cut is an interpretation of life. In this creative paper-cutting competition, we hope to stimulate the artistic potential of the participants, so that they can find inspiration in color and shape.
The competition is not only a contest of skills, but also an exchange and collision of minds. Participants can show their artistic talents, inspire each other, and build up a deeper understanding and love of paper-cutting art in the process of creation. We look forward to each participant using their hands to cut out the beauty of their hearts and pass on this cultural treasure!

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽成品照片參賽，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Take photos of your finished entry for the competition. Upload your entries on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需由參賽者獨立創作，8歲及以下參賽者需在家長的陪同下進行創作。參賽者可使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
2、參賽作品的尺寸不限，紙張材料不限，創作手法、表現形式不限（如剪紙、刻紙）。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Entries must be independently created by the participant. Participants aged 8 and under may create their works with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Participants may also use entries from other competitions for submission.The naming convention is Name +Age Group.
2、There are no restrictions on the size of the entries, the type of paper used, or the creative methods and forms of expression (such as paper cutting or paper carving).
3、If it is found that an entry is not the original work of the participant, the participant will be disqualified. If any entry violates applicable laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held liable. All entries must not contain inappropriate content or any material that is controversial or objectionable, and must not include commercial or political propaganda.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前15%）
Champion (Top 15% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前35%）
Runner-up (Top 35% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前65%）
Third Place (Top 65% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)
*獎杯申請可自行選擇，詳情可通過獎項申請進行了解。
The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*For further information on the specific requirements and application process for awards, it is recommended that participants log into the relevant award application platform to review detailed guidelines and instructions to obtain the latest information.
*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.
*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
