【光影瞬間，生命詩篇】
在萬物瞬息變幻間，光與影交織成詩。本屆攝影比賽，旨在鼓勵攝影師用鏡頭捕捉稍縱即逝的瞬間，不論是日出時灑在海面的第一縷光，還是街頭巷尾孩童純真的笑臉。透過影像定格的，不只是畫面，更是生命在某一刻的悸動，希望大家能藉此展現對生命的深刻理解與細膩感悟。
【Moments of Light and Shadow, Poems of Life】
In the ever-changing world, light and shadow weave poetry together. This photography competition aims to encourage photographers to capture fleeting moments through their lenses, whether it’s the first ray of light spilling over the sea at sunrise or the innocent smiles of children in the streets. What is captured through these images is not just a scene, but the pulse of life at a certain moment. We hope that everyone can use this opportunity to showcase their profound understanding and delicate perceptions of life.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需由參賽者圍繞比賽主題進行創作，或在家長以及老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品。每位參賽者只可提交一幅參賽作品。
2、參賽作品不限攝影設備，可使用相機、手機、平板、無人機等設備拍攝；
3、作品須為數位檔案，不限使用數位相機所攝之相片，亦接受負片、幻燈片、沖印相片之數位掃描檔；
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be created by the participants around the theme of the competition, or under the guidance of parents and teachers, and may be used in other competitions. Each participant can only submit one entry.
2. Entries are not limited to camera equipment, and can be taken with cameras, cell phones, tablets, drones, etc.;
3. Entries must be digital files, and are not limited to photographs taken with digital cameras, but also accept digital scans of negatives, slides, and printed photographs;
4. Entries will be disqualified if they are found to be not the participant's own work; if the entries are found to be in violation of any laws, the participant shall be held liable for any legal responsibility. If any of the entries violates any laws, all legal liabilities will be borne by the entrant and the Association will not be responsible for such liabilities. 每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.
[團體獎 - 文藝卓越教育大獎]
[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
