比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時5分鐘，但不得少於2分鐘。於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Record a video for your entry, with a duration limited to 5 minutes but no less than 2 minutes, and upload the work on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+朗誦語言+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Language+ Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽影片為參賽者本人出境，可使用學校朗誦節的參賽影片，但不得使用他人影片參賽。作品名：姓名-語言-年齡組別。
2、參賽影片參賽者可同時參加多語言組別，且可以同時參加個人朗誦和團體朗誦，但每個組別只能遞交一段參數影片。
3、參賽者須保證參賽影片的清晰度、完整性，須清楚顯示參賽者的全身、樣貌及動作。影片為一鏡到底的拍攝原片，必須為現場收音，朗誦時可使用背景音樂，但不得電腦後期加入特別效果，例如圖片、文字、濾鏡、片段剪輯等。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、The competition video must feature the participant themselves. Videos from the school's recitation festival may be used, but videos of other individuals are not permitted. The title of the entry should be formatted as follows: Name - Language - Age Group.
2、Participants may enter multiple language categories simultaneously and can participate in both individual recitation and group recitation. However, only one entry may be submitted per category.
3、Participants must ensure the clarity and completeness of the competition video, which must clearly show the participant's full body, appearance, and movements. The video must be recorded in a single continuous take, with live audio. Background music may be used during the recitation, but no special effects such as images, text, filters, or editing may be added during post-production.
4、If it is discovered that the entry is not the participant's own work, the participant will be disqualified. If any entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held liable. All entries must not contain inappropriate content or any controversial elements, and must not include commercial or political propaganda.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前15%）
Champion (Top 15% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前35%）
Runner-up (Top 35% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前65%）
Third Place (Top 65% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.
*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
