國際青少年與兒童關愛標語創作大賽邀請年輕心靈探索關愛的美好。關愛是人類情感的基石，是連結心靈的橋樑。在瞬息萬變的世界中，對他人的關心與包容是社會和諧的必要。
通過這場比賽，我們希望參賽者用創意標語表達友誼與責任的理解，讓文字成為希望的載體，傳遞理解與支持的力量。期待每位參賽者用心靈的筆觸，描繪出關愛的畫卷，讓這份情感在每一個角落生根發芽。
The "International Youth and Children Care Slogan Creation Competition" invites young hearts to explore the beauty of care. Care is the cornerstone of human emotions and a bridge that connects souls. In a rapidly changing world, concern and tolerance for others are essential for social harmony.
Through this competition, we hope participants will express their understanding of friendship and responsibility through creative slogans, allowing words to become a vessel of hope and convey the power of understanding and support. We look forward to each participant using the brushstrokes of their hearts to depict a tapestry of care, allowing this sentiment to take root and flourish in every corner.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽成品照片參賽，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Take photos of your finished entry for the competition. Upload your entries on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Competition Categories+Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽標語圍繞比賽主題進行創作，作品需由參賽者本人獨立完成，可使用其他相同主題比賽的標語參賽。
2、標語中文字數限制30字以内，英文限制在200字以内，標點符號不算，句式不限。參賽作品形式可為手寫版電子版，作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. The slogans are created around the theme of the competition, and the works must be completed independently by the participants themselves, and other slogans with the same theme can be used.
2. Slogans are limited to 30 characters in Chinese, 200 characters in English, punctuation marks are not counted, and there is no restriction on the style of sentences. Entries can be handwritten or electronic, with the name of the entry: name - event - age group.
3. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entrant will be disqualified; if any of the entries violate any laws, the entrant will be held legally responsible and the Association will not be held responsible for any legal liabilities; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

*獎杯申請可自行選擇，詳情可通過獎項申請進行了解。
The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.
*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
